What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, JCB, Visa Debit (formerly Delta), Solo cards and American Express. These are processed using the WorldPay service.

Is it safe for me to order with you online?

Absolutely; because we want you to feel that you can shop with confidence, we use the WorldPay service, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Will my personal information be safeguarded?

Certainly; we cannot see your card details. These details are kept in the WorldPay system.

Will I be charged VAT?

Books are zero rated for VAT purposes, as are most other printed materials. VAT is charged on software and many other non-book items.

Overseas Pricing

All our prices are given in British pounds sterling. VAT is not applicable to orders shipped overseas and will be deducted from your order at checkout. Your bank or credit card agency will determine the exchange rate and may apply foreign exchange fees.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my door?

Orders for UK delivery are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 working days and delivered within a further 2 - 5 working days. For European addresses, we find that delivery normally takes between 7 - 14 days following dispatch and between 10 - 20 days to the Rest of the World. These times are guidelines only, during busy periods such as November & December dispatch times can be between 2 - 5 working days and delivery times from dispatch can take longer than the estimates above.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
